The UNCG EH&S Department is committed to providing a safe campus for all employees and the general public. As a member of the campus community, you play a key role as a stakeholder in identifying and reporting unsafe conditions or hazardous work practices which may cause injuries. The Spartan Safety Concern Program has been established to encourage campus community members to report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Emergency / Immediate Concern – DO NOT Use Spartan Safety Concern Program
If you have identified a hazard that presents an immediate threat to the health and safety of an employee or member of the general public, please call 336-334-4444 immediately. The Spartan Safety Concern Program is not designed to address these types of situations.
Procedure
How to submit a Spartan Safety Concern Report:
- Online (can be anonymous) Submit a Spartan Safety Concern Online →
- Call the EH&S office between the hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM M- F @ 336-334-4357. This phone line is for non-emergency use only. If you witness or have a condition that is an immediate threat to the health and safety of an employee or member of the general public hang up, and please call 336 334-4444.
- In Person – Visiting the EH&S office in person between the hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM M-F @ 724 Stirling St. (at Oakland Ave.) Greensboro, NC 27412.
- Via campus mail by submitting your written concern addressed to Spartan Concern at the EHS Department.
