All University projects over $500,000 shall post a public advertisement for Designer Services in the form of Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), or Solicitation for Letters of Interest (LOI).
These projects will seek solicitations through a detailed posting here, on Facilities Design and Construction’s website, as well as with a general advertisement on the UNC System Office website. The detailed advertisement will contain all requested information to be included by prospective designers, maximum proposal length requirements, deadline dates, and contact and submission information.
