Fleet Fueling Facility

The UNCG Fleet Fueling Facility is located at 806 Oakland Avenue, next to the Campus Supply Building. The facility provides gasoline and diesel fuel for UNCG vehicles and equipment.

As before, the fuel management system will use the key fob (Prokee) for vehicle identification. The Prokee is assigned to a vehicle or piece of equipment for billing purposes.

How to Use the Fueling Facility:

  • Insert the vehicle’s Prokee into the Fuel Master system.
  • Enter your 9-digit UNCG ID number when prompted.
  • Select the appropriate hose number.
  • Dispense the appropriate fuel.

Please note: If the Fuel Master system detects 20 seconds of inactivity at any point in the process, the system will stop the transaction and shut down the pump.
